Office Hours with Lisa FAQ
When can I start?
Your access to the calendar to book your first Office Hours with Lisa starts as soon as you pay for your first month.
Does Lisa offer more than advice - can Office Hours with Lisa replace hiring an agency or a PR person?
Nope. All execution and deliverables are your responsibility. You’ll get advice on what work to do and how to do it well. I can also review your work in (but not outside of) our sessions.
How will I be billed?
You’ll be auto-billed monthly on the day that you subscribed.
Can I cancel my Office Hours with Lisa subscription?
Of course. Anytime. You’ll only be billed for the month that you paid for when you subscribed.
Can I rejoin?
Of course. Anytime.
What if I don’t use all of my Office Hours with Lisa in a month that I’ve paid for?
Your time is yours. You decide how much of your Office Hours with Lisa subscription you use each month. If you find you’re using Office Hours less than you expected, you are welcome to cancel your subscription. If you’re wanting MORE advice and support than Office Hours allows, you can hire Lisa for coaching.
What if I don’t use any of my Office Hours in a month that I’ve paid for?
If you don’t use your Office Hours in a given month, that’s your choice. But we won’t be like your gym. We will automatically cancel your subscription at the end of a month in which you haven’t used any time. You will never pay for more than ONE unused month.
Can I get a refund or a partial refund for a month I didn’t use?
I’m afraid not. Once you’ve paid for the month, I’ve committed to hold time for you as a subscriber. But you will never be billed for more than ONE unused month.
What if something comes up and I can’t make my meeting?
You can reschedule for the following week. I’m unable to offer make-up sessions within the same week. I have one block of time set aside for Office Hours every week.
Can I record the sessions?
Sure. On YOUR Zoom, GVC or Teams account. If you wish to record, we’ll amend the calendar invite with your videoconferencing link.
What about NDAs?
There is a confidentiality clause in the Office Hours with Lisa contract. But I am also HAPPY to sign your company’s NDA, especially if you send it electronically.
What do you do with my contact information? Documents?
First, poseycorp never shares or sells contact information. Second, all content and documents you share are deleted after the Office Hours with Lisa engagement ends (unless you become a coaching client). poseycorp stores client files on a secure GDrive.
Who is responsible for what happens when I act on your advice?
You are. I have no control over how you do or don’t act on the advice I give. I’ll guide you as best I can and set you free to act on your own.
What about lead generation? Marketing? Sales enablement?
I’m a communications coach. In our sessions I can help you sharpen your message and how you deliver it - to any audience! But if you want to dive into go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, lead generation, etc., I’m not your person!
