A good night’s sleep before your big keynote is more important than one last midnight rehearsal. Let your team work out all of those last details while you take care of the body that will be on the stage the next morning. On the morning of, eat a good breakfast. Wear an outfit that you feel really comfortable in. Make sure you have water. These may seem like dumb little details, but ignoring any one of them can sink a really important talk.
