Prepping for a big interview on CNBC? Your PR team has pored over interviews, had conversations with producers, and thought hard about what questions you’ll probably get. So read your briefing doc. Study that doc enough to make the answers yours.
Speaking at your company’s All Hands? Sit down and think about the questions you might get. Talk to a couple of colleagues to get their feedback. Assemble answers ahead of time (just like you’d do for an external event) so you’re not caught flat-footed in front of your team. You should do the same thing for any internal meeting that matters!
Don’t want to be surprised? Prepare.
Don’t want to be scared? Prepare.
