poseyblog is trying something new in 2020 – we’re keeping posts under 1300 characters. You can always get more depth and resources in poseycorp’s newsletter – subscribe here!

In 2020, we’re all being called to find internal resources of resilience, courage, and ingenuity. No matter what this year throws at us we keep going – because our businesses and our lives can’t fall apart, because we have important contributions to make, because we want to be part of helping create change that will make our world better.

The people on your team are struggling, your friends and family are struggling. Your customers are struggling. You probably are too.

While there’s no magic bullet to sweep away all of the challenges we’re being asked to face this year, one thing that really helps is letting people know that you see them – in an Avatar kind of way.

“I see you” can mean everything. When you tell a team member that you see how hard she’s working, that you see her courage, that you see the impact of her work on the business, she’ll find the reserves to keep going. She’ll have more evidence that what she’s doing matters. She’ll feel nourished enough to scale the next peak.

When your customers and clients hear from you that you see and understand their challenges, you build a bond of trust that can last for decades.

See something. Say something. Help heal your peoples’ hearts. When you heal theirs you heal your own!

Your business must scale, and you must scale with it. Great communicators create the change they want to see in the world. poseycorp helps innovators build powerful messages and the skill to deliver them so they can break through the noise and be heard!
